檳城豆蔻村的24間“釘子戶”還是鏟平了,但村民的賠償手尾,還是沒有一個美麗的句號。
(釘子戶是中國大陸的一個新型詞彙,指城市建設、開發等過程中,不肯遷走的私人土地或房產擁有者。《現代漢語詞典》對此定義為在城市建設徵用土地時,討價還價,不肯遷走的住戶。)
當初見義勇為幫助他們搞保村運動兼策劃巨額賠償的各路英雄,在最後一間豆蔻屋被推倒時,他們連影子都不見。
顯然的,這又是一宗小市民被政治人物當作政治資本愚弄後,見勢不妙便拍拍屁股走人的案例。
都說了,政客靠得住,母豬會爬樹,可是這麼簡單的道理,只要是有貪念的人都聽不懂。
當初,豆蔻村的居民獲得發展商獻議賠償一間市價約50萬令吉的雙層排屋時,我們多位同事都好生羨慕,說如果我們是豆蔻村居民就幸福囉,50萬令吉的屋子,這是一般打工仔捱一輩子都買不起的房子。
可是答案卻讓我們掉眼鏡,豆蔻村居民不要“這麼少”的賠償,有消息說他們每戶要討回350萬令吉。
我們嘩然,覺得這是不可思議的要求(當然也有加插了一些難聽的形容詞),後來居協主席到百大年路警局報案指首長林冠英亂亂說,並解釋村民早前只是提出此村平均每間村屋和屋地約值350萬令吉,但不曾開口向發展商要求350萬令吉的賠償。
可見村民確有提出350萬令吉這回事,但既然是自己估算自己爽,為何要讓發展商聽到這筆荒謬的賠償金?是要刺激到他們很不爽?
當然,我們外人是無法體會豆蔻村民對豆蔻土地的歷史感情有多深厚,但既然有談到賠償數額,說明沒有“人土合一”這回事。歷史責任不再是一個問題,這份人土關係還是有一個價錢,可以出價來賣。
但是任何價錢都有一個市場行情,單方面出天價一定會成為市場笑話。頭蔻村民等到談判大門關上之後,反而可以接受賠償30萬令吉,甚至降到20萬令吉,但發展商只肯付12萬5000令吉,多一塊錢都免談。
談判過程中,全民看到發展商情理兼施,好像還有一點人情味;也看到前朝政府官商配合土地交易後,留下的手尾還讓政客再玩一把;更看到無辜的小市民被利用後,無論是有貪念者或無貪念者,都一樣是受害者。
我們這些無關痛癢的閒雜人等,只能搖頭興歎他們白白錯失50萬令吉的屋子,是誰害了誰?俗不可耐的說一句:早知如此,何必當初。

RM500k! I sure take it rather than staying in an old house. You're right! We're ordinary citizen. RM500k house is a dream which is hardly realizable. We're not Mr Khir, Mr Teo and Mr Ong (There are thousands of Mr Khir, Teo and Ong in Malaysia). We hardly make so much money in our life.
Gave up RM500k but willing to take much less than this amount. It sounds like ridiculous! I think they are not good at playing poker games. Or maybe their "leaders" are too intelligent to make such a "wise" dicision. Who knows? Maybe only the God and them know.

i just can says that they are manipulated by opportunist and politician ... which we can 政棍。。
every penangites will know how much the house will cost after it is fully developed ... easily will get up more more than 500k...
but they choose to be manipulate, eventhough this is such a exceptional case and chance they are given ..
they choose to give up ...
and we are so fed up .. to those greedy attitude ..
